• Fees are non-refundable once work begins

Limitations: 

• We are not CPAs or attorneys (unless specifically licensed) 

• No guarantee of IRS acceptance of strategies 

• Client responsible for implementation and compliance 

• We reserve right to decline representation 

Payment Terms: 

• Fees due upon booking for detailed assessment 

• Additional service fees outlined in separate agreements 

• No refunds after consultation delivery 

Liability: 

• Advisory services only – client makes final decisions 

• Not liable for IRS penalties or interest
